CRUSSET offers free standard shipping to addresses within the peninsula (24 – 48h). Express shipping orders (2pm) will be available at an additional charge. Orders to towns with kms will be delivered the next business day. Please, keep in mind that once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified.

CRUSSET offers international shipping worldwide (3 – 7 business days). Please note that recipients are responsible for taxes and duties, which may be prepaid at checkout.

P R E O R D E R

The articles available in pre order appear with the “PRE ORDER” option as a label; You will find the estimated delivery time for each item below the description.

When you buy an item available in preorder, you will be charged immediately . Once your preorder item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

R E T U R N S

Items purchased at www.crussetstudio.com may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, with all original labels and packaging.

You can contact us at info@crussetstudio.com where we will provide you with the return label.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

After inspecting and accepting your return, you will receive an email confirming the issuance of your refund. Please allow us up to 21 working days to process your return.

Items that are deemed not to meet the return criteria (wear, stains, soiling and imperfections) will not be refunded. In the event of incomplete or damaged packaging being received, a deduction will be made from the refund fee to cover the cost of repairing/replacing the packaging.

Purchases of sale items / gift packs must be returned with all parts received and in their original packaging.
