In case of litigation, the contracting parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the place of residence of the interested party, the party in breach of contract assuming the judicial and extrajudicial costs arising from the claim including the costs of lawyers, attorneys, etc..


In the event that any provision of these General Conditions of Use is unenforceable or void under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, such unenforceability or invalidity will not make these General Conditions of Use unenforceable or void as a whole.
